The convent… Is it a kingdom of tranquility and peacefulness or jail for human souls?
A lot of people nowadays seek answers in places, where they seem to be completely absent. Who are the nuns? What do they seek within entire solitude?
The lady on the left is a symbol of wisdom and devotion. She leads an ascetic way of life, being totally engaged in spiritual growth. The green background on the right is harmony. It is the freshness of her new life, new values, and all-round safety.
She does not think of privileges, riches, luxuries, and modern clothes. She is now absolutely pure, innocent. Her thoughts are balanced… What about her past?
Does she know what love is? – You might wonder? The river at the bottom is painted pink… The river of sweetness, wills, and sins. She once felt passion; she was in love, but, as you see, that love gave her nothing. She got away to look at the Veritas.
That circle on the right might be the symbol of her fertility. But she escaped from the world of passions…
That circle stands for sacredness and her enlightenment. It symbolizes her spiritual rebirth. Her love is her belief. It is her trust and honesty in the face of higher powers.
