This work is the greatest of all the paintings created by the artist. This is the graduation work for the Master's Degree at the Lviv National Academy of Arts.
The name of the work is derived from Greek mythology. Phobos and Deimos ("Fear" and "Horror" in Greek) are the children of Ares (the god of war) and Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty).
In this work, she plunged into the psychology and philosophy of Kierkegaard, Sartre and Heidegger,have paid particular attention to the difference between fear and existential horror.
